Quality Control & Specifications

✔ Specification Alignment Before Execution :

Variety, grain length, broken %, moisture, and packaging parameters are clearly defined to avoid post-shipment disputes.
Quality checks are conducted batch-wise during processing and prior to packing.
Each shipment is aligned to a defined lot to ensure uniformity and consistency.

✔ Standardized Quality Parameters :

Moisture control within export-acceptable limits
Broken and chalky grain control as per contract
Foreign matter, discolored grains, and admixture control
Uniform grain length and appearance verification

✔ Sampling & Pre-Shipment Checks :

Representative samples are drawn from processed lots for internal verification.
